At RIJB™ / Rijb.in, every product is hand printed or produced in small batches, and we also offer custom screen printing services. Our shipping timelines reflect the time required for production, quality checks, and secure packing, not mass produced inventory.


Order Processing Time

Ready Products (In Stock T Shirts)
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, please allow 3 to 6 working days for processing.
Processing includes:

  • Hand printing or batch preparation

  • Quality inspection

  • Secure packaging before dispatch

Custom Screen Printing Orders
Custom screen printing jobs require setup, approvals, and production.
Processing time typically ranges from 5 to 12 working days, depending on:

  • Artwork approval

  • Quantity and complexity

  • Print technique and colors

  • Production queue

Exact timelines will be shared after order and design confirmation.
During special drops, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing time may extend slightly. Any such delays will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India only.

After dispatch:

  • Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 working days, depending on location and courier serviceability

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to regional coverage, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped using Shiprocket, which aggregates trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • Xpressbees

  • India Post (where applicable)

Courier selection is automatically optimized based on serviceability, delivery speed, and reliability for your location.


Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders placed on Rijb.in.
There are no additional delivery charges at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the final payable amount.

Delivery is subject to courier serviceability for the customer’s PIN code. In rare cases where delivery is not possible to a specific PIN code, our team will contact you to offer a refund or an alternate solution.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

RIJB™ / Rijb.in reserves the right to update shipping charges or shipping policies in the future without prior notice.


Packaging

Each order is carefully packed using durable packaging to ensure:

  • Protection during transit

  • Clean and secure presentation

  • Minimal risk of damage

We aim to balance product safety with sustainable packaging practices wherever possible.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

RIJB™ / Rijb.in is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned due to address issues or multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

  • Refunds, if applicable, may exclude original shipping or handling charges


Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

Any refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected, and may exclude shipping or handling charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before processing or packing begins.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For delivered items, please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

For custom screen printing orders, cancellations are not allowed once artwork is approved and production has started.


Delays Beyond Our Control

RIJB™ / Rijb.in is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner disruptions

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions

However, we will assist by coordinating with courier partners and keeping you informed wherever possible.


Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability

  • Ownership and delivery responsibility transfer to the customer upon successful delivery
