Products, Custom Prints & Hand Printed Nature
All RIJB™ apparel is hand printed or produced in small batches.
Custom screen printing services involve manual processes and production setup.
Minor variations in print texture, alignment, size, or color are natural characteristics of the handcrafted and printing process and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product images and mockups accurately. However, actual colors and prints may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, material differences, and printing limitations.
Custom printed items are made to order and may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, subject to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Billing, Orders & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order or service request, including those placed under the same account, billing address, shipping address, or payment method.

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items may require an unboxing video as supporting evidence for returns, exchanges, replacements, or service disputes.
