Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At RIJB™ / Rijb.in, every product is hand printed or produced in limited batches, and we also offer custom screen printing services. Due to the handcrafted and made to order nature of our products and services, we follow a clear and structured return, refund, and exchange policy.



General Policy Overview

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or size selection.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A one time size exchange is allowed for the same product and design, subject to availability and the conditions below.

Custom screen printing orders are non returnable, non refundable, and non exchangeable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear unboxing video

  • clear photos showing the issue

Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected as the condition of the product at delivery cannot be verified.



Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

This video is mandatory for claims related to:

  • damaged items

  • missing items

  • incorrect products

Claims raised without an unboxing video may be rejected.



Size & Fit Disclaimer

We do not accept returns or refunds for size related issues.

Customers are required to refer carefully to the size chart provided on the product page and review fit details before placing an order.

Size preference or fit dissatisfaction is not considered a defect.



Hand Printed Product Disclaimer

All RIJB™ apparel is hand printed or produced in small batches.

Minor variations in print texture, ink density, alignment, or color tone are natural characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.



Return Pickup & Inspection

If a return or exchange is approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged from the same delivery address

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging

  • All returned items undergo quality inspection

RIJB™ / Rijb.in reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet policy conditions.



Non Eligible Scenarios

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • size or fit issues

  • change of mind or preference

  • products purchased during sales or clearance events

  • customized or personalized items, unless defective

  • items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

  • requests raised after the 48 hour reporting window
